Where do you ship?
We ship within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. If an expedited option is available, its price appears at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually prepared in 1-3 business days. Standard carrier transit generally takes 5-12 business days after shipment. Please allow about 6-15 business days in total, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is the order cutoff time?
The cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Central Time on business days. Orders placed after that time are treated as received on the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@vastandterra.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing starts.
How do I return an item?
Email us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will provide instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not mail an item back before receiving authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect an authorized return, or within 7 business days after approval when no return is required.
Do you have a phone number or showroom?
No. Vast & Terra is an online-only business and does not offer phone support or a public showroom. Please contact us by email at support@vastandterra.com.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, we will email tracking information when it is provided by the carrier. If you need help, email us with your order number.
