We begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address, contact support@vastandterra.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will try to accommodate a request received before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellations, address changes, item changes, or quantity changes after an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to a carrier. If an order has already shipped, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
If we cancel an eligible order before it ships, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We may cancel an order when payment authorization fails, inventory is unavailable, the address cannot be verified, or the order appears to involve fraud or a pricing or listing error. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email.
