Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate our store and fulfill orders. This may include your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number if you choose to provide one at checkout, order details, payment-status information, customer-service messages, device and browser information, IP address, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Payment-card details are processed by our payment providers. We do not retain full payment-card numbers in our ordinary business records.
How we use information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, send order and service communications, respond to questions and return requests, prevent fraud, improve our store, comply with legal obligations, and, where permitted, send marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send non-promotional messages needed to complete or service an order.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business. This may include sharing with Shopify and other ecommerce service providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, and a successor in connection with a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may request to opt out by emailing support@vastandterra.com with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out."

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we hold about you; to opt out of certain processing; or to appeal a privacy decision. To make a request, email support@vastandterra.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may ask for information needed to verify the request and protect your account.
Authorized agents may submit a request for a consumer where allowed by law. We may ask for written permission and verification of the consumer's identity before acting on the request.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to fulfill orders, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address the issue.
Changes and contact
